SodaTide Ingredients, One By One
Two prebiotic fibers and three targeted probiotic strains, each included for a specific reason.
Chicory Root Inulin (211mg)
A soluble fiber extracted from chicory root that selectively feeds Bifidobacteria in your colon. At this gentle dose, it feeds your gut bacteria without the heavy gas or cramping that multi-gram fiber powders often cause.
Potato Resistant Starch (100mg)
Resistant starch that ferments slowly along the length of your large intestine, one of the most effective dietary sources for generating gut-friendly butyrate.
Akkermansia Muciniphila
Part of our 36mg targeted probiotic blend, this strain lives in your gut's mucosal layer, encouraging your body to continually renew its protective mucin lining.
Bifidobacterium Infantis
Known for breaking down complex carbohydrates, producing lactic and acetic acids that create an environment where less helpful bacteria struggle to thrive.
Clostridium Butyricum
A spore-forming strain with a natural protective shell, allowing it to survive stomach acid and bile salts to reach your lower intestine intact and active.
Vegetarian Capsule & Clean Excipients
SodaTide uses vegetarian hypromellose capsules with clean excipients like microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica. Non-GMO, and free from gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts.
What's Not Broken Out
The three probiotic strains share one 36mg total. Individual CFU counts per strain aren't listed separately on the label — standard for a blended probiotic formula, but worth knowing.
